Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
1.1 Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.
2.1 This site is published for readers in Canada. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.
3.1 Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Use the Contact page and we will handle the request.
4.1 That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.
5.1 Following a link to Grand Mondial Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
6.1 We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
7.1 This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.
8.1 An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise.
9.1 Log files live on the host's standard rotation, and we keep no copy after it. Emails go once the issue they concern is resolved, save where a legal claim means they must be kept.
